About me

Hi there! I’m Melanie, a certified coach, agilist and OKR expert. After many years in the startup and Tech industry, I decided to follow my passion and combine the two things I am most excited about in OKRs for Success: goal setting and coaching.

I started my OKR consultancy OKRs for Success because of two reasons: I felt most consultants weren’t properly trained in OKRs and gave useless advice that may work in a book but not in an actual company setting. Secondly, when I was learning I found most OKR resources unclear, boring and unnecessarily complicated. I wanted to make OKRs easy, fun and exciting, for anyone.

My OKR approach is versatile and unique: it integrates 10+ years of experience in the online Tech industry with personal coaching and goal realisation. As opposed to many OKR consultants, I have been deep in the OKR trenches myself and know exactly what does and doesn’t work. My intention is to make OKRs a long-lasting success instead of a quick implementation that won’t get you the results.
